It also concerned those in attendance that instead of holding the Scots Government to account for failing to keep us safe they chose to attack Richard offering a distraction from the SNP’s inadequate leadership during the recent period. The deaths in care homes, failure to supply testing as required, a track and trace system that does neither are all issue’s that are we would have expected Labour representatives to be focused on.
It may well be that the faux concern that the few express about a wipe out at next years election is more to do with their fears of losing their jobs. We would suggest that the lack of success is more likely due to the failings of these MSP’s to support a progressive manifesto, unite behind the Richard. It is questionable if many of them want to see a Labour administration in Hollyrood. Scottish workers facing job losses, an increase in precarious work, attacks on conditions and fears of losing their homes will not support or forget those ignoring these concerns. Perhaps it time for them to go and allow Richard to build a team that will do this important task.
